The “Z-SPEC DUMP BODY” is designed to be multi functional from the integrated front 3⁄4 cab shield to the rear patented EZ-LATCH system. This body with its sleek styling will give you many features not found on conventional dump bodies such as the standard 22" rear board pockets that make hauling the heavy loads or the bulky loads a breeze.

Features & Specifications

  • One-piece 10-gauge floor with 2" radius corners.
  • 17" side height constructed of 10-gauge material.
  • Supplied with 22" front board pockets.
  • Standard 22" rear board pockets providing slot for installing boards across tailgate.
  • 6" side braces slanted forward 10 degrees.
  • Fully boxed dirt shedding top rail with 45-degree slope.
  • 10-gauge one-piece front has integrated 3⁄4 cab shield.
  • Interlaced I-beam cross members on 16" centers.
  • 5" formed channel longitudinal of 3⁄16" material.
  • Recessed shock resistant rubber mounted, FMVSS 108 clearance lights, also three cluster lights provided in lower apron; includes rear facing stop-turn-tail lights mounted at top of corner post for added visibility.
  • All appearance corners have large radius bends.
  • 2-part epoxy based primer.
  • Full height 5" deep rear corner posts.
  • 9' body weight: 2,214 lbs.
  • 11' body weight: 2,392 lbs.

Tailgate Features & Specifications

  • 23" vertical gate constructed of 10-gauge steel with two vertical braces and fully boxed frame.
  • Concealed lower latch hardware with open access to upper EZ-LATCH mechanism.
  • Equipped with spreader chains and banjo eye chain holders in corner posts.
  • Two-way tailgate with adjustable rod on trip lever.
  • Tailgate recessed flush with rear face of corner posts.
  • Optional spreader sill available.
