Our Cincinnati location is in Monroe, Ohio.  A full production facility as well as a parts and service department and our national fleets service center.

Zoresco Equipment Technician’s provide technical installation services for all truck equipment. Technicians will assist in the execution of all new production, maintenance, and service for a vast array of products. Candidates must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to successfully install, troubleshoot, and repair truck equipment.  Truck equipment distributed by Zoresco includes but is not limited to: Snow and ice equipment, cranes, lift gates, air compressors, welders, inverters, emergency lighting, and a multitude of truck body installations that will include dumps, service/utility, platforms, and custom builds.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Mechanical inclination.
  • Flexible and supportive team attitude.
  • Detail oriented, self-sufficient professional with a “make it happen" attitude & approach.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment substance screening.
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools.
  • Must be willing to invest in tools needed to perform job (as needed).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and follow written schematics/instructions/etc.


ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

  • CDL class B license
  • 12V Wiring knowledge
  • Welding experience (especially MIG)
  • Vocational training a plus

Zoresco Truck Equipment provides technical installation services for truck equipment. We assemble trucks to add such things as the truck body, equipment, and accessories per the customer’s request. 

Zoresco is currently looking for a part-time, experienced, competent, and safe driver to deliver vehicles to customers. Our drivers must have an unwavering dedication to quality and customer service.  Non-CDL position.

Zoresco Equipment Company is seeking a first-shift employee to assist in the warehouse.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Pulling parts for technician employees
  • Checking in vehicles (this includes capturing specifics of the vehicle make, model, engine, transmission, etc as well as any damages that may exist).
  • Move truck bodies and equipment by use of a Fork-Lift
  • Unload inbound freight, verify products are correct/damage free
  • Contribute to a clean/organized warehouse

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school education or equivalent
  • Have a valid drivers license/reliable transportation
  • Experience operating Fork-Lift
  • Be punctual/reliable
  • Great attention to detail
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
  • Needs to be independently motivated/self-starting.
  • Needs to be able to pass a drug screening/background check.
  • Must be in physical condition to intermittently lift 40-50 lbs.

Performs vehicle and equipment maintenance and service.  Ensures top quality craftsmanship, and complete customer satisfaction for all assignments. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs light duty vehicle chassis repair and maintenance as needed. Repairs include installed and mounted truck equipment. Examples: Snow/Ice equipment, air compressors, power lift gates, cranes, emergency lighting, etc.
  • Completes required documentation of work performed utilizing assigned methods combining paper and electronic tracking systems. Documentation may include but not limited to new and used equipment installations, vehicle and equipment repair, documenting all equipment, parts and supplies utilized for repairs, and accounts for individual labor times.
  • Performs diagnosis and repair of maintained systems. These may include electrical, hydraulic, suspension, drive train, engine, various bodies and equipment supported by Zoresco Equipment.
  • Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate repairs as authorized.
  • Monitors personal productivity on a daily basis. Communicate closely with team leader to exceed efficiency expectations.
  • Advises team leader immediately if additional work is needed to ensure top quality work or customer satisfaction.
  • Supports team to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Vocational training in body work/vehicle repair or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to read and understand trucks specifications document
  • Ability to communicate and understand in English
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment substance screening
  • CDL class B license is a plus
  • ASE truck certifications a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment 
Technician work is performed in an open vehicle repair shop environment. Incumbents are exposed to the elements, noise of machinery and vehicles, fumes, exhaust emissions, grease, engine oils, solvents, chemicals, dust, electrical hazards, mechanical hazards, vehicle hazards and vibrations. Incumbents stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, reach, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Incumbents may work above shoulder level with power and /or hand tools weighing up to 20 pounds and in wide-ranging positions. Incumbents must be able to meet the physical requirements of the positions and have mobility, vision, hearing, sense of smell and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties to be performed. Mobile technicians may be required to work in the outdoor elements of summer and winter months.
